About Me
Hi, I'm Kisty. A Year 3 Game Design student at Republic Polytechnic with a strong passion for games and for creating immersive, engaging player experiences. I am Interning with MJD Pro Group as a Designer.
I grew up playing games and they taught me many valuable lessons such as creativity, problem solving and patience. My curiosity about how games were made eventually led me into a Diploma in Design for Games and Gamification, where I discovered a deeper passion for game development. Now, I’m committed to learning, improving and building the skills that bring my ideas to life.
Outside of game development, I enjoy esports, music and building meaningful connections with people. I’m generally a chill and honest person who values real relationships. I’m usually quiet and keep to myself, but in the right context, I can be surprisingly extroverted. I like helping others and people often tell me I’m observant, comforting to be around and fun to interact with because I’m very real and straightforward.
I’ve realised how closely games connect to life and how much they can impact, inspire and help people. My goal is to create games that carry that same meaning while being fun and bring people together.
